Skill tests need to be performed or at least start verifying the information applicants have put on their resumes and the degrees they claim to have. Especially when hiring someone in a leadership role.

Review from Product Dept
The staff is lazy. The good ones are mistreated so they end up leaving.
We get mistaken for actual store staff, and constantly get stopped mid tasks to get directions within the store
Listen to your customers Its not all about driving your wants down on people
I need to speak to a person on phone
Employees get no training, if they mess up on one reset a store can easily get that employee barred from servicing. Managers at some stores are hostile for no reason.
More face to face time with our customers.
