Above market but the Cruise RSUs are not liquid

The company does analysis of the job market and gives raises to some to match market compensation

They treat contractors like employees without offering benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are contractors and we are not equal to full time employees. We are not included in parties, pictures, meetings, or anything related to fun happy stuff! For me its not about the money it's about being equal and having a voice that matters.
