Solid team, highly technical, hard workers, empathetic and humble.
They seem to genuinely care and prove it by adding value. They also hold each other accountable and are open to the workforce holding them accountable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary (on the highish range for market), equity, bonus
Above market but the Cruise RSUs are not liquid
The company does analysis of the job market and gives raises to some to match market compensation
They treat contractors like employees without offering benefits.

Peers are very helpful and helped me ramp up quickly
