What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Everything. They use intimidation and threats to keep employees doing what they want

Social skills. Anger management. Overall training.

Everything be more personal to new employees

Listen to employees, reduce unnecessary pressure

Being authentic and creating psychological trust.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Better work life balance needed. Want voice heard.

My pay is lower than my experience. Made to feel very low.

Review from Operations Dept

Considering the excessive amount of work, standing 100% of shift, responsibility, accountability, the schedule and endless training that's expected of the phlebotomists. I'm disgusted to learn medical screeners receive the same amount of pay that I do.

I am bullied, harassed, mistreated, and a whole lot of discrimination

Underpaid, no full benefits, no bonuses

Review from Operations Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Employ people that will show up to work on a regular basis.

Learning to go to work make your money and go home, grow up and stop gossiping and do your job and don't let your leadership swell your head

More personal to me and not so much food

Transparency and honest engagement around decision making. No one makes decisions efficiently.

Our attitudes need work, but it's very difficult when financial pressure and inability to support ourselves with this one job. Security, financial or job, is nowhere to be found here, and it shows in attitudes, demeanor, and turn over rates.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Raise pay, travel compensation for commuters, hire people that show up to work everyday. Consider employees physical and mental health, giving them time to rest. Hire reliable serious professional help so that current employees don't burn out from being pushed to the limit.

Needs much better IT leadership.

Leadership and management. Hire people that come to work and are not late every day and expect everyone else to pick up their slack

More trust from top management

Less management and more hands on

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Don't just hire anybody to make the center look good

Super fast, not thorough, and unprofessional.

Review from Operations Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Again, leadership and supervise classes. I think you're Center manager could dress a little bit more appropriate

To many chiefs and nothing gets accomplished

Again different management and better pay needs to happen

Be employee-centric and expect that positivity and devotion back.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay and attitudes are flailing. We need constructive criticism. Actual training and mentorship would be nice. But I think better pay and positive attitudes would go a long long way. If you read the company values, they sound great. But, they are nowhere to be found at the center level.

Review from Operations Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

The pay needs to be seriously reworked and major raises need to be applied to our area. I can't afford to take care of my family and that is very depressing and discouraging. And, the company could care less while they post stories of people who use our products.

Review from Operations Dept

Employee compensation needs a huge boost. Turnover is crazy, and the good employees move on to better, more rewarding companies.
