Putting in the countless hours to make sure Curative meets its goals. Our exec team makes themselves available at the end of day everyday to listen our company's updates and have open space for departments to discuss any concerns and recommendations.
Review from Engineering Dept
The leadership team is obviously devoted to the mission and success of the company.
Review from Engineering Dept
I love the enthusiasm and drive to solve a huge problem in America.

Not shying away from challenging a behemoth of an industry like healthcare and insurance.

Accessibility to them and their transparency
Review from Engineering Dept
Transparency, organization, and communication. There is a very clear disconnect between the working levels, the management levels, and the executive levels. This causes a chaotic and disorganized work environment.
Review from Engineering Dept
They need to be more transparent and communicate in ways that does not make it look like they're hiding something.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better accountability transparency and communication

Healthcare! I don't think any company I or anyone else I know works for who has a better healthcare package than Curative. I fully utilize our $0 copay and $0 prescribed medications. I no longer have to worry about extra fees when going to my PCP, Urgent Care or ER.
Review from Engineering Dept
The cost of our self funded health insurance was surprisingly low.
Review from Engineering Dept
PTO, pay rate, and 401k employer matching contributions
Review from Engineering Dept
It is very nice and hefty. The company takes care of us with our compensation packages.
Review from Engineering Dept
I have a good salary with stock options
Review from Engineering Dept
Compensation is not equitable between genders in the tech team at Curative. There is a dramatic gap in gender representation, men hold higher paid positions and opportunities for advancement have been limited. Also, accounting for inflation, my salary today is worth 17% less than when I started.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better compensation would include: equitable treatment among the staff, firing Chris Creamer and Francine Hughes.

Getting a chance to connect with people across the US and around the world. I appreciate the company's culture of working from home since we get to meet people from so many different backgrounds without leaving our home. My team has encouraged me to travel to new places.
Review from Engineering Dept
Folks are kind, supportive, and willing to help each other
Review from Engineering Dept
Open, direct communication and good collaboration
Review from Engineering Dept
Everyone's smart and easy to work with. Love my team!
Review from Engineering Dept
Easy to communicate with, pleasant interactions, kindness, hardworking
Review from Engineering Dept
Communication and teamwork. There are sometimes high levels of competition, which leads to a lack of teamwork. Another issue is that employees who are underperforming are often not reprimanded or written up -- this causes work ethics as a whole to be compromised.
Review from Engineering Dept
Working from home. It allows everyone the flexibility of being able to complete their work as their time allows while also keeping us fully engaged to updates and changes throughout the day on our channels of communication.
Review from Engineering Dept
In general, people are more concerned about getting it right as opposed to being right. We don't deal with a lot of pride or ego issues, folks prioritize the greater good.
Review from Engineering Dept
My team collaborates really well and is always willing to jump in and support each other.
Review from Engineering Dept
Sharing of ideas, blameless postmortem, constant discussion on how to be better professionals
Review from Engineering Dept
Nurtures hardworking, dedicated, and compassionate individuals striving for a common goal
Review from Engineering Dept
We're not aligned on a shared mission in the way that we used to be. We need a stronger top down vision for the future of the company that is emphasized more frequently than a quarterly basis.

Getting to chat with coworkers I haven't talked to in a while due to working on different projects. Being able to see coworkers post their pets, achievements, interests and improvements to their health in non-work company channels.

Learning about direct impact my work has had on members or other users.
Review from Engineering Dept
I like the challenge of helping build a company the right way through our technology, culture, processes, and how we serve our members.

My coworkers, and the job that I do.
Review from Engineering Dept
Being productive and having completed my tasks and interacting with my team
Review from Engineering Dept
The moral is very low in the workplace. This is because of layoffs, lack of teamwork, low company appreciation, and budget cuts. I think the poor management is trickling down and negatively impacting everybody else in the company.
Review from Engineering Dept
Get rid of Chris Creamer. He is only here to hire his business partners and divide the company. He ensures that people do not get access to rooms they need access to and does not do anything unless he is threatened by key individuals. Probably the least motivated person I have met in my life.
