Putting in the countless hours to make sure Curative meets its goals. Our exec team makes themselves available at the end of day everyday to listen our company's updates and have open space for departments to discuss any concerns and recommendations.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, organization, and communication. There is a very clear disconnect between the working levels, the management levels, and the executive levels. This causes a chaotic and disorganized work environment.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare! I don't think any company I or anyone else I know works for who has a better healthcare package than Curative. I fully utilize our $0 copay and $0 prescribed medications. I no longer have to worry about extra fees when going to my PCP, Urgent Care or ER.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not equitable between genders in the tech team at Curative. There is a dramatic gap in gender representation, men hold higher paid positions and opportunities for advancement have been limited. Also, accounting for inflation, my salary today is worth 17% less than when I started.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Getting a chance to connect with people across the US and around the world. I appreciate the company's culture of working from home since we get to meet people from so many different backgrounds without leaving our home. My team has encouraged me to travel to new places.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and teamwork. There are sometimes high levels of competition, which leads to a lack of teamwork. Another issue is that employees who are underperforming are often not reprimanded or written up -- this causes work ethics as a whole to be compromised.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home. It allows everyone the flexibility of being able to complete their work as their time allows while also keeping us fully engaged to updates and changes throughout the day on our channels of communication.

In general, people are more concerned about getting it right as opposed to being right. We don't deal with a lot of pride or ego issues, folks prioritize the greater good.

We're not aligned on a shared mission in the way that we used to be. We need a stronger top down vision for the future of the company that is emphasized more frequently than a quarterly basis.

What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to chat with coworkers I haven't talked to in a while due to working on different projects. Being able to see coworkers post their pets, achievements, interests and improvements to their health in non-work company channels.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The moral is very low in the workplace. This is because of layoffs, lack of teamwork, low company appreciation, and budget cuts. I think the poor management is trickling down and negatively impacting everybody else in the company.

Get rid of Chris Creamer. He is only here to hire his business partners and divide the company. He ensures that people do not get access to rooms they need access to and does not do anything unless he is threatened by key individuals. Probably the least motivated person I have met in my life.
