There are no sales goals. We are not salesmen. We provide a service and help our customers however we can. That being said there are performance goals that must be met. I look at them as a benchmark to strive for. They do push you to try harder but it is almost impossible to maintain long term.

As a part time worker and a full time student, I find that my work schedule is very flexible.

Outdated Learning Modules (often requesting you to evaluate processes that no longer exist) are required. There are about 20 needed P1 year and are rather simple. The number due each school year decreases as what you need to do is more complex. One module requires you at attend a certain type of meeting that happens once a year, but modules are due long before that meeting takes place. You are expected to look ahead and know you will need it for next year. Pay is little more than that of a tech and you usually are just a tech, however allowed to do patient counseling and immunizations if you are certified.
