I was hired quickly the had to wait over a month to start. I was thrown into a postion with little to no training and no help from my coworkers . I also recive very little hours and I am scheduled differently from what I was told when I was hired .

Not at all. Feel overwhelmed and not appreciated.
How do you feel about going to work at CVS Pharmacy everyday?
It is getting more difficult Being under staffed is a challenge especially in the pharmacy and feel very vulnerable when working on weekends with only 2 people working after 6. My feelings are that if more emphasis was given to making the associates feel valued would increase production, attitude,and customer service satisfaction will be improved greatly. The values in action is worthless. Most managers do not even submit associates for jobs well done. Adding more and more rules as to what we can and cannot do Is not the way to encourage. Quit going by the numbers. We are not statistics. We are humans

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at CVS Health?
I have a Master's degree and they treat me like a slave from the 1800s!
do you wish your comp was weighted more or less on commission?
If we could get commission from our sales, that would be great but I know for a fact that CVS IS CHEAP and DO NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES VERY FAIRLY FOR WHAT THEY WORK especially for the larger stores so this question does not mean a damn thing if they are not going to change their thought process.

Being to work on time... Doing the job assigned.... Stop trying to get in other people's business.!!!! This is not high school!!!!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better at CVS Health?
Pay employees (FRONT STORE) better WAGES! PHARMACY TECHS MAKE more THAN SHIFT SUPERVISORS!!!!!

That we all work together and get things done and we have a great Boss who trust in us.
