The leadership team is really transparent about the goals of the company, as well for the separate teams. This allows the individual members to be aware of what he/she needs to do to succeed.

How we collaborate and help eachother

We are all remote workers and and still able to collaborate at a high level. The comraderie of the team is very high as well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Casual setting. Interviewers knew what they were looking for. Did not waste time with silly questions or tests. Straight forward and simple process.
