What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people that started in my training with me
What makes you most happy at work?Clocking out and shitting down the computer
What do you like best about the leadership team?Everyone works together very well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have never felt so belittled at any other company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The amount you are requires to learn and remember supercedes the amount of money you make. They excuse it by saying the government gives you more money on top. But in reality thats only if you dont take insurance. Then you only make less than a warehouse worker.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Talking to employees and handling issues. The management feels like an unorganized mess that doesnt know where to store information for emplyees easily. I feel like they also forget they are in charge of humans and not AI
