To have more help with ALS for patients by having more CNA on the floor so the RN's can have more quality time caring for the patients which in turn receives better surveys by being able to more attentive to the patients.

Very corporate, lots of generalized emails. No personal appreciation to ALL employees on a regular basis.

Hire a better managment team. Better pay, better team,

More PTO, more money. Full time should be 32 hours per week.

We are tge lowest paid out of all the hospital systems

I took a $20/hr pay cut when I came to work here. There is no stock option plan that I am aware of. I retired and went to on call, lost all benefits and received no higher pay for my work.

Review from Operations Dept

Fair rates, less corporate violations towards employees, contract violations, and less corporate fraud for making up a quartly financial loss after a failed merger.

Review from Operations Dept
