What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Needs to get bigger. Better pay for permanent staff so no travelers

Better team. Looking at the bigger picture than just AM/PM

The stress and anxiety inducing high demands coming from the management team and nursing staff.

Phone system/tree - It can be improved by directing patients to the correct department and making it easier and not harder for elderly patient to get through out phone system. Referrals department is short staff and they process referrals late and is very hard to get through to them.
