Supporting staff. Listening to concerns
Supporting nurses. And providing updates on leadership roudbing
They are absolutely terrible. They get bonuses based on how much money they save on their budget which results in them making 1 CNA cover 30 patients, not purchasing new chairs for staff to sit on when all of the chairs are broken, not ordering basic equipment like vitals machines for patient care

No one is interested , the leadership team appers in their own bubble
Because upper management/executive leadership spends little time with the employees, it has led to an eroding of trust among the labor force. Image management appears more important than actual action that includes employees, especially the experienced workers who may express differing opinions.
To have more help with ALS for patients by having more CNA on the floor so the RN's can have more quality time caring for the patients which in turn receives better surveys by being able to more attentive to the patients.
Very corporate, lots of generalized emails. No personal appreciation to ALL employees on a regular basis.
Hire a better managment team. Better pay, better team,
More PTO, more money. Full time should be 32 hours per week.
We are tge lowest paid out of all the hospital systems
Co workers have all quitely quite-they smile and nod their heads as to what to do but do not compleate work assignments as instructed
Be better at their jobs and more flexible. Being a team player,
They could work on how they approach people.
Review from Operations Dept
Many of the young nurses are more focused on doing things fast, not good. That is a partially the reason that our infection rates are high.
There is piss poor communication, and no follow through. When the work is done, quality is lacking
Needs 100 percent overhaul with leardership supporting director: all on the same page
Diverse management team with cultural competency and people who really practice what they preach.
Employee appreciation., night shift recognition. Incentives. Bonus,
They need to better meet the needs of the nursing staff to retain experienced nurses.
It's clear that you are just a cog in the wheel here.
Interviewer to understand the work flow and barriers
They should advertise pay upfront
Getting HR to pass on your resume to the department instead of kicking it out without the department that has posted the position even seeing it.
Invite pertinent and key individuals
Needs to get bigger. Better pay for permanent staff so no travelers
Better team. Looking at the bigger picture than just AM/PM
The stress and anxiety inducing high demands coming from the management team and nursing staff.
Review from Operations Dept
Phone system/tree - It can be improved by directing patients to the correct department and making it easier and not harder for elderly patient to get through out phone system. Referrals department is short staff and they process referrals late and is very hard to get through to them.
Read these comment sand apply them. Emplotee surveys evey 2 months
