What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great healthcare, lots of side acknowledgements that we are doing greatX willingness to vice spot bonuses, regular review ans twice annual promotion cycles

Not sure there is one part that is better than another. The health insurance and retirement are great but very much enjoy the vacation and holiday packages. It's the whole package!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is extremely lower than market value.

I am making less than I was in previous roles. In comparison to other benefits packages, I think our healthcare plan is marginal. 401K is very much on par and much appreciated. Would really welcome the opportunity for equity- be it discounted share purchase, stock or option rewards.
