My last work environment was so negative. I didn't even realize how negative it was until I started with Dispatch. They have provided me a place to work and sucess without feeling like I'm constantly making a mistake. It's been a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to continuing the growth.

I work in Licensing. So getting applications granted in a timely manner makes me most happy.

I love my team lead. She is very supportive and any time I need her is available.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Truly, everything is positive! The whole Dispatch culture is about building up instead of tearing down. Everyone makes mistakes and Dispatch encourages it's employees to learn from the mistakes in a positive way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team continues to talk about the positive things that Dispatch is doing. Rather than focusing on "what we're doing wrong", the focus is "how do we take our good work and make it better".
