The cost of living in CO is very high, and I think there should be a cost of living increase. I have been here almost two years and have not received a raised because they never have given them before.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Organization, better pay and benefits. They cater more to the medical providers than the corporate staff that does all the back end work. Need to offer 401k to all staff members and company discounts. Once again can only get certain things if a provider
