I love working at Dispatch. It has been one of the best company cultures I have been a part of in my career. I like the flexibility of the work environment allowing me to work remote full time. I have good balance with my work and home life and am fully engaged in the mission of the company.

Team members at Dispatch are collaborative and not concerned with pointing fingers vs finding a solution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Dispatch is transparent with their communication and present in the day to day work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay seems fair to the market but is not keeping up with current inflation rates which will quickly put us out of pace with the market.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the full autonomy I have to do my job. I have the full trust of my leaders to do what is needed. No micro management which can be extremely frustrating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Dispatch has a company culture that is focused on success for the patients we provide care for. Everyone seems to get it and work together for that common goal. Of course there are challenges but the overall culture is positive and collaborative.
