Great experience overall. In regards to my direct management, i wish we were challeged more and allowed to take more projects and try new things, without being afraid or making mistakes because i feel like once i make a mistake they don't trust me and n longer allow me to take on new challenges

Our leadership teams, trusts us to do our best work, and that is what drives the company forward, when we all believe in our expertise and have the support from leaders
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing something i love, having people i get along with. For me the most important thing that makes me happy though it been able to learn everyday and grow my skillset / career
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all collaborate, support and most importantly are motivated to grow our careers here and i can see how we all have learned so much, but sometimes our leader do tend to block this - so like preventing us from speaking up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are one of the worst in the tech industry, great culture but benefits do fall short, as well as compensation. For a tech company who is growing rapidly, employees extremely fast our pay should be higher to retain our talent. I'm afraid of taking time off because it is not promoted
