We need official paid paternal leave to show parents (birth, adoption, fostering) that we value their time and work investing in their children. We still have startup vibes so communication feels like a game of telephone. I'm happy overall!

I don't really know them. But they are very accessible which I appreciate!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like getting things done. Feel thankful that work isn't something I complain about over dinner with my family or friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how accessible senior leadership is (VPs, etc). I think we're all mission minded. It's flexible allowing working parents to be present with kids and work. We have big goals that are cool to be apart of.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a raise because of the volume of work I am taking on. And I don't want my maternity leave to be used against me as a reason for not increasing compensation (which is illegal...). Also, why do we only have six paid holidays?!
