I absolutely love this company. I left for another opportunity and came back almost immediately! When interviewing at other places, I truly was able to identify the culture is unmatched. There are areas that need improvement but I am confident they are going in the right direction.

I LOVE my team! We have all become excellent friends and I truly look forward to our market manager gatherings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the 401k matching. I also appreciate the discounts at other places that are available to me such as Hyundai and Nationwide Pet Insurance.

The leadership team at DispatchHealth care about the culture of the organization. The team also not only allows you to provide feedback, but they actually will listen and if appropriate make the changes.
