Providing more for the patient facing employees. We need more PTO
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing yearly raises to providers, especially as Dispatch is doing very well due to the providers hard work. Improved communication Addressing burnout with staff Limiting changes to processes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't get a yearly raise at a time when healthcare providers are leaving right and left. Trying to avoid getting patients too late in the shift. Payment for required trainings
