What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Clear commitment to patients, their health, and their experiences of our care. Starting all company-wide meetings with a patient story is a good example of this. Genuine caring for individual employees is clear from the company and management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clearly very committed to positive company culture in a way that "walks the walk" not just "talks the talk." All companies say they want to have a positive culture, and few deliver the way Dispatch does. Also, most transparent with financials, etc. that I have experienced.
