Colleagues and providing excellent pt care for people who need our help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Absolutely nothing! The "leadership" in the NSH market is the worst I have ever been a part. The Market Manager and Interim Lead APP (the previous Lead APP, transferred within the company due to the toxicity) do not value their employees & make me question my employment with dispatch daily
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team in NSH is the best I have had the pleasure of working with the APP team is like my family. We have had DHMT's as well that are amazing but have unfortunately lost a majority of them and have a relatively new group now but we all work well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not necessarily the hourly compensation, its the fact that they have been cutting APP shifts since October due to the lack of DHMTS without giving us any other alternative options or way of retaining our minimum hours. They tell us to work solo or nothing at all, making us chose safety or providing
