What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Attitude. I feel like everyone shows up for the same reasons...to provide the best care possible to our patients. I love how supported I feel, despite the fact that I can practice autonomously. Support is everything when you are remote!

I truly feel like DispatchHealth is a family. From the first moment I walked through the doors, I was made to feel welcomed and supported. We have a strong team in our market and I love to come to work...a strong team is nothing without strong leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues and my patients! This job is rewarding. Patients appreciate what we are doing, and there is nothing more satisfying than going home knowing you did your best and it was appreciated and recognized. Happiness in medicine to me is being supported and providing high quality care!
