There has been lots of change since coming onboard, but the changes are improving the organization, the work flow or the team. I love this job, it brings together all the parts of health care that I am passionate about.

Currently not receiving benefits such as insurance but the wellness information and package are great.

Supportive, helpful, encouraging. The team is just that - a team - it is all for one and one for all.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to meet people where they are. Going into the homes to make lives better, less complicated. And my TEAM!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The availability of everyone to share information, check in on the others and offer assistance. Everyone has an open line, no one ignores or pushes back when you ask for help. In fact its the opposite. Once you state you need some help, it comes pouring in from everyone on the team.
