The noise is minimized. We share a common goal and mission. It's collaborative and inspiring. We have done a lot of great work. The future is bright.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone supports each other to the best of their ability. We communicate well. We're minimizing siloing. Each of us appreciates the value that the other brings. It is "teamwork" personified.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation aligns with what I bring to the table, which is not something that I've been able to say historically. We're valued as people and contributors -- it shows in how we're treated and compensated.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is devised in a way to gauge cultural and organizational fit and aptitude. I work with some extremely talented folks. And, being in such an environment, challenges you in the best way possible. You want to bring your A game and do. Everyone does.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I admire most about the DispatchHealth's leadership is their attention to detail. Not only are they focused on drive organizational excellence, but they care as much about me and my colleagues as they do those we serve. We have each other's backs. And, that shows in everything that we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team, because we really have adopted "all in" as our motto. We work together to drive solutions. Everyone is given the opportunity to shine. I'm as happy to see my colleagues win as they are me. It's refreshing, uplifting, and really keeps reinforcing why I love what I do.
