I have been here less than a year. Joined due to your emphasis on patient care and the way management seemed to care about employees as people with lives outside work. Less than 6 months in and I'm seeing gradual movement away from that. Makes me sad.

Helping people and providing excellent empathetic medical care
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health/dental/vision insurance coverage is nice
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop structuring goals around speeding up visits and stop eliminating team bonding time. Demonstrably value your employees as people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need more personable and less abrasive management. Care about employees more and actively demonstrate that with company policies and goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fellow APP's are competent and helpful. DHMTs are generally easy to get along with and some of them have impressive skills
