No acknowledgment from 'manager' as to amount of effort expended as manager has no clue of the amount of effort it took. Its not always about money......... Manager provides feedback that employees are 'negative' yes fails to engage with them on a regular basis to find out and support.

I haven't had a raise in 2 years, and some of my co worker feels the same. We don't get pay overtime, when working during the holiday
