Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More compensation. We face a critical shortage of personnel in my area, can't find people to hire, and my pay doesn't reflect that. Also, health care options (specifically in-network doctors) are hard to find in my area.

Review from Engineering Dept

I come with many skills many which is applicable to a couple different areas. My pay is low compare to the average in the industry.

Review from Operations Dept

Being able to see where a person fits into the company. Able to see the value invested. Currently no way to see the value of the company and how equity is going to be dispersed. Expose the value of the equity.

Review from Engineering Dept

401k matching would be a nice benefit to have.

Review from Engineering Dept

I do higher level work than my job description sometimes so higher pay or a promotion would make me feel better

Review from Operations Dept

No acknowledgment from 'manager' as to amount of effort expended as manager has no clue of the amount of effort it took. Its not always about money......... Manager provides feedback that employees are 'negative' yes fails to engage with them on a regular basis to find out and support.

Review from Engineering Dept

salary, benefits, vacation time, and health insurance

Review from Engineering Dept

401k matching would be nice.

Because I go out of my way to do my job and do not feel fairly compensated

Review from Executive Dept

Lack of liquidity options in a rising tide of inflation and out of control housing costs. Inability to act before things got bad and will continue to get worse as we turn into a recession.

Review from Engineering Dept

It has not been evaluated since I arrived 2 years ago

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel undervalued because of the compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

A mechanism to enable easier exercise of share options

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe the company is continuing to undervalue the importance of location flexibility for staffing, particularly if they want to hire and retain software talent.

Review from Engineering Dept

I would appreciate more direct feedback and acknowledgement from my direct boss. However, he makes me feel undervalued and demoralized at work.

Review from Executive Dept

I see many people that are paid more, and they do less work, than I do. I have confirmed and compare their wages against mine, and compare the type of work that I do. I haven't had a raise in 2 years, and some of my co worker feels the same. We don't get pay overtime, when working during the holiday
