The hiring process is absurdly terrible, especially when recommending and recruiting good talent. I've recommended 2 good talented candidates, my manager/VP agreed, but never pursued the candidates; even though I have followed through in getting updates, on the hiring process. 2+ months and nothing.

The leadership team Who avoid the warehouse floor I would like to see
Focus on right solutions for achieving our product roadmap and avoid projects that minimally influence the macro goals. Limit, wall-off, or otherwise eliminate the day-to-day distractions of track records and dealer network growth from the core technology business.

More compensation. We face a critical shortage of personnel in my area, can't find people to hire, and my pay doesn't reflect that. Also, health care options (specifically in-network doctors) are hard to find in my area.

I come with many skills many which is applicable to a couple different areas. My pay is low compare to the average in the industry.
Review from Operations Dept
Being able to see where a person fits into the company. Able to see the value invested. Currently no way to see the value of the company and how equity is going to be dispersed. Expose the value of the equity.

401k matching would be a nice benefit to have.
Review from Engineering Dept
I do higher level work than my job description sometimes so higher pay or a promotion would make me feel better
Review from Operations Dept
I see a lot of my peers taking advantage of overtime while not working and also going over on the allowed time for lunch while only clocking out 30 minutes.
Review from Operations Dept
Taking ownership of work, putting pride into their work, stop complaining and being lazy. Only couple of my co workers, that I can say are good, but the rest, no dedication, simply lazy, and doesn't take ownership in their work. I have brought this to my manager attention, yet no action.
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone should focus on executing their own jobs and not interfering with other teams and organizations.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better more consistent communication between groups.
Review from Engineering Dept
Get focused on the right projects and doing the projects right.
Review from Engineering Dept
Transparent and open leadership with objective goals and performance criteria.
Review from Engineering Dept
People needs to treat everyone fairly, and stop being so hypocritical. Sometime people say one thing, but they never do it. I wish that they would get more input from the employees when there's a project, or when hiring someone.

Program management is poor. The company needs better planning by setting achievable milestones up front and holding teams accountable to deliver on schedule.
Review from Engineering Dept
A better structured management, from supervisor, lead, to worker. Improve on the hiring process, we're losing talents because candidates are waiting 1-2 months for answers. We need 90 probation period for new hires, then do a test afterwards. Stop making promises, that you cannot keep
Review from Operations Dept
We do not have strong program management, the timeline is always shifting and everyone is working on their own timeline. A program schedule with proper deliverables/reviews at milestones would help us get back on track.
Review from Engineering Dept
Too many projects running in parallel. Get focused and allocate resources where is it needed most.
Review from Engineering Dept
Should focus on team accomplishments, not a "father and son" operation.
