Ummm, none. Well, they do provide free tea, coffee and fresh ginger in their break rooms. Oh and I think you can find a treadmill here and there....for people who want a break from their desks.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Dun & Bradstreet?
I interviewed with 2 super smart people (who are no longer with the company) and a smattering of others. It was a relatively easy process, just time consuming.

The process took 3 months. I met with people from 4 departments at 4 levels within the company.
What should I wear for an interview at Dun & Bradstreet?
Well, they are an outdate, old fashioned company. Wear a black suit and white button down shirt.
What's the Design team like at Dun & Bradstreet?
Good team. All hard working and fun loving. Everyone gets along well, and is eager to help each other out.
How's the leadership on the Design team at Dun & Bradstreet?
Leadership is pretty good, highly engaged and willing to communicate. Collaboration and cohesion between separate offices is somewhat lacking, but is actively being worked on. Overall, a good place for a creative.
How does Dun & Bradstreet make decisions around promotions?
From what I've seen, promotions are relatively infrequent. Titles can and do change frequently, but true promotions happen less often. They are typically not tied to a formal review process but rather shifts in responsibility.
