Stop having meetings about meetings
Leave the place and use their skills for better
co workers are at each other throats personally they are extremely hostile its almost like animalistic behaviour

Change the hiring process to suit the job. A 10 hour contract demonstrator goes through the same rigmarole as a senior management hire. Madness

Management continually disregard the opinions of staff, the tunnel vision attitude needs to return to the more customer focused service that has been provided in the past.
