What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

taking suggestions from the workers actually working with clients

Everything!! Thinking about going into work daily, filled me with dread!! A hot unorganized mess!!!

The leadership team needs to do better at appreciating their dedicated employees!

Hearing their employees, giving positive feedback and being overall team players.

Working together and not putting all the work on just a few employees

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

A realistic workload would be more important than higher compensation, at least for me,

Review from Customer Support Dept

Nothing!! The salary is horrible! The micromanaging is out of control! The work is never in 1 place but in 3 or 4 different systems! I knew ppl who had 3 extra jobs just to live v

With the level of experience, education and work ethic I should be making more money. Having a leadership team that is encouraging and appreciative would help to balance the pay.

For the workload the pay is not good enough.

I feel that we do the bulk of the work that the company is known for and we make so little comparatively.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

They only ‘like’ you if your working but ignore you if you give notice. They run around the office in their socks & no shoes. They curse like sailor

Shorter process to hire if liked.

Review from Admin Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Support and encouragement need to be implanted by upper management.

They need to use More positive reinforcement

Review from Operations Dept

They need to show the care about employees

Review from Operations Dept

too much focus on numbers and not service by management

Review from Operations Dept

Just short handed is the main problem

Review from Customer Support Dept

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Executive management. The CEO is good and peers are good but the upper management is lacking in how to lead/mentor/encourage and appreciate! They create an environment of micromanagement and where interdepartmentally teamwork is discouraged.
