The clients are really cool, but they are treated just like the staff and thats hard to see. I want to help them more cuz thats why im there. We get alot of food catered, thats nice, but honestly id rather just paid more then have saved plate waiting for me
Have great diversity in the different cultures that work at Easter Seals. The enviriment is team orientated.
My co-workers (not management) are helping people
Our work team feels like we're family.

The participants growth as time goes by

Talking with some of the managers and non drama coworkers. There are cool people there. And the clients are fun to be around
