What do you like best about your company?

The people I worked with

What did you like most about the interview process?

Positive candidate experience so I was hopeful the company would be a great place to work and it initially was before the exec team power coup that happened.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Executives chased out a fantastic HR department and then the execs hired in a brand new HR team in 2020 who were dreadful and literally everyone hated them. The new HR leadership was just awful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

No one took the leadership team seriously, just look up the non-tech C level leadership and see their credentials or lack thereof. COO+CLO had no idea what they were doing and created a toxic and political culture by themselves.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

No transparency on how different departments were doing. CLO bragged about how consolidation was doing great and how it was growing exponentially, yet customers were churning and it failed. It was never mentioned again! The failed employees working on that team mindboggingly got promoted...

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Exec team cut off communication to the CEO so no one could reach him to warn him about the situation until it was way too late and the company had to do layoffs. They literally followed up him all hours of the day so no employees could talk to him. It was creepy and made employees uncomfortable.
