Great co-workers, diverse team, immediate engineering leadership is fantastic. It was the specific C-level executive team, especially the CLO and everyone in fulfillment, that was why the company fell apart as fast as it did. I never thought a company could fall that quickly but I was wrong.

Company has an inclusive culture with a lot of diversity in engineering, but C-level executives were beyond toxic and their toxicity spread throughout the company.

The company needs to admit the CLO, COO, President era of EasyPost was a trainwreck and they were responsible for everything that happened so employees can move on.
