What should I wear for an interview at Eaton?
Again, my original interview was with an outside agency. However, if applying for an office position, please come with preferably a dress suit with skirt to knees or a very elegant dark pant suit. The offices are nice and they are traditional.
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Eaton?
I ORIGINALLY interviewed with a headhunter and not Eaton. But, IF the questions asked by the recruiting agency were written by Eaton, then I will say two questions stood out: "If one of our top vendors or high dollar customers offended you while at a conference or visiting the office, etc.--as in offended your gender, race/origin, size, sexuality--how would you handle it in that moment?" And..... "If you realised the travel itinerary made for your mgr was wrong only after emailing it to them and he/she has left the hotel and now not answering their cell or email..how would you contact them?" And I asked for clarity and whatnot, the questions are of course not using the exact language but they capture the essence of the questions adequately. It was a "moderately difficult" interview for my first position there, which was for a temp-to-perm Exec Asst./Project Mgr for a regional operations director, and I later went on to a higher position. Hope this helps.
