I work with a machine. My team gives good support. Immediate manager is an exception at Elekta, he listens to our team and tries hard to assist.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workload and stress. We are constantly told to work at a steady pace, and we can reject work we know we cant complete, as per Safe and Agile methods. The reality is there are constant deadlines set by the management, and if you don't meet them they are used against you in your GPMs
