No jerks and no politics! Everyone has a good sense of humor and also genuinely tries to solve the problem. There is no "that's not my problem" attitude. Everyone shows up.

Good variety of projects and problems to solve, both strategic and tactical. My job uses all of my skills and experiences in many ways. I'm never bored, and enjoy interacting with my boss and coworkers. There is also so much opportunity, and this is exciting.

The Leadership team focuses on the success of the business through a primary focus on employees and customers. They walk the talk, roll up their sleeves, walk alongside their employees so we can all get the job done and done with high quality. They neither practice nor tolerate politics!
