I am ex OmPrompt. Elemica for me has been a breath of fresh air. It's the best thing that could have happened to OmPrompt. It is a shame that so many of my colleagues left in fear of losing their jobs, when it would have been the exact opposite.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sales! Sales! Sales! There is no better feeling than bringing a new logo to Elemica.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am remunerated very fairly for my role, achievements that are my own hard work are paid in addition to my basic salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel part of a family. We all care about each other, support each other, and it makes you feel valued as a human being.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel really lucky to be working with such a wonderful group of people. Inside Sales support each other, share thoughts and suggestions on success stories, and Ryan is an incredibly supportive leader.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find the leadership team to be thought provoking, aspirational, honest, and they make you feel part of a team, which in turn makes you want to work to the best of your abilities to achieve the companies goals. I truly believe in Elemica, our customer service, our solutions, capabilities.
