The appetite for improvement - there is a need for change, and the team are all keen to make that happen.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Following acquisitions, there are often silos of team members who don't fully integrate: this is the case at Elemica and it detracts a little from the otherwise amazing team spirit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaged with the team, and happy to meet directly with customers. They are a strong team who are committed to making the necessary changes happen - you don't find that in every company, and it was one of the main attractions for me in joining Elemica.
