Improving my skills, learning something every day. being able to take decisions

My manager is just perfect. Caring managing without micro-management, always present and dedicated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very helpful, with a lot of different skills shared and used
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary is a bit low compared to the offers I receive most days. I'm still really happy with my position in the company for the tasks, team and manager and don't think of going anywhere else.
