My mental health has improved a lot in my time at Elemica and I have been more able to build meaningful relationships outside of work. I feel that the technical side of supply chain has massive gender diversity issues and that is further multiplied in tech teams.

Creating products that work well and hearing about that from our customers and internal users.

I can spend time exercising and with my family so long as work is getting done.

Seeing evidence of progress - progress to removing old systems, progress of colleagues in the way they work.
