I'm not very happy where I'm at currently. I feel very underappreciated and undervalued.

Great communication, excellent teamwork, open door policy

I honestly do not know.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I do not know how to answer this. There isn't a ton of positivity at this time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of resources, "bragging" about projects that are failing miserably, "lies" within the townhall of how things are really going

I work 10+ hours a day for little pay and no raise in my upcoming future due to new bonus program.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No pay raise in 3+ years, bonus program is a joke and support deserves MORE since we work tirelessly every single day to keep Elemica operational. GCS gets 0 recognition on Town Halls!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I work many hours overtime (60-70 hours weeks) to get things done with absolutely no recognition. I was promised a raise and did not even get what I asked for.
