hired as a consultant to see if I was a good fit. 15 years later, I am still here handling important tasks for our customers and our teams. My teams are supportive, energetic, interesting and in between all of the fast-paced hard work, we have fun!

Our team bc a lot of leadership is clueless.

The support for each other. The positive attitude during the very rough times.

We care about each other as humans. We train and cross-train and share our learnings. We are diversified.

Team work, team spirit, got each other's back, high skills, unique skills, independent, supportive of each other and customer focused.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Some of the leadership team care about employees and understand the work required to keep Elemica operational. Key word = SOME.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes, I feel undervalued. I believe we have lost and will continue to lose well-skilled women bc there are thumbs on their heads. Very think glass ceiling.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work very hard, meet all target dates, am a team player, prevent crises, handle customer escalations, handle executive reports for no bonus and only a 1% increase. I feel undervalued, underappreciated and I am unimpressed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The Sr management team and board refuse to acknowledge what is required to support the infrastructure and its vulnerabilities. Plus the highly skilled and devoted, yet worn out team is unrecognized and unrewarded. Sr mgmt is not listening.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

QLE Sell product launch was mishandled. Supporting it requiring an inordinate amount of people & time. People are burning out. Our customers were disappointed & furious. There will be serious repercussions - as we lose people & as we pay customers to apologize & try to retain their confidence & biz.
