I like working at Elemica, but am not rewarded enough or provided enough growth opportunities.

You are able to be very autonomous

Their involvement with what needs to be done.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most coworkers are willing to help

What makes you most happy at work?

Being busy with meaningful work, not just follow-ups.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be compensated better according to market value

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Involvement and care for employees

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Micromanagement is kept relatively minimal.

What makes you most happy at work?

Completing tasks and being noticed

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication and helping others when it is apparent that it is needed and to not get mad about that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Sometimes, mainly due to compensation. If management thinks I am doing a good job, they should try and give a raise instead of me having to fight for it even if they are more than happy with my work. Making me fight for it makes it seem like management doesn't care as much as they say they do.
