I have had the ability to do many different things and am very thankful for that. However, if you don't get it up front, you don't get it and I know my compensation is low relative to my contribution.

Most of them are dedicated and curious about how to improve and do an excellent job for our customers.

They are the smartest and most-experienced executive team we have had in the several years I have been with the company.

Just the reassurance that someone is looking and comparing and validating that I am in a good range compared to my peers and performance.
