There is no certainty on any aspect of the compensation package as it can be subject to change at any time during the year

It would be good to take the skills and strengths and capacity of all employees into account rather than purely focus on the demands of the board.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
this is too broad a question but since over a year ago there seems to be an expectation for everyone to do 2 people's job without any clear reward.
