Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I really value the flexibility of remote work and think it adds immensely to my work-life balance. This is frankly more important to me than comraderie at work, but friendships and social connections with coworkers do drive my motivation - looking forward to building more of that.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 401k match is very appealing (and relatively rare these days).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overall, process/communication can be improved, but there is an active initiative to improve this.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most people are working hard to embrace and enact change. This is motivating to be around.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to know what it takes to build company culture and treat employees with respect. There?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They’ve certainly increased pay in response to employee feedback (which says a lot), but compared to going market

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More structure and project management overall will help create more accountability. There has been improvement in this department lately.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

New leadership has brought a fresh perspective and employee motivation and investment. There is a general sense of upward progress and betterment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that it’s changing. There is a real focus on growth and engagement. We still have a ways to go, but we’re adding

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Employee engagement could use a boost. Overall, trust and accountability in each other will help foster that kind of environment. Management/leadership training would be really helpful in building a culture of growth and development.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is still a level of isolation as we come out of the pandemic. The leadership team is working hard to drive engagement in person / in office, but there’s an instilled culture of siloed
