open, informal, good sense of humor, committed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

nothing special really, just OK package

What are some of the best things about your team?

responsible, good humor, good communication, open

What are some of the best things about your team?

Open, direct, good humor, committed, quality-oriented.

What makes you most happy at work?

Currently, having great colleagues. My hope is better salary and autonomy

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I only see positive culture in my team, not in Elemica in general

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

See employees not as a production line but as human who also needs to be motivated and grow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture of the main branch is different than other branches all over the world, so don't want to give a misleading answer on this.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Focusing on long term investment on their talent, not only short term benefit to get the numbers. We have 50+ EBITDA but spending minimally on resources.

What makes you most happy at work?

I would be happy if I am challenged technically, can be open and direct to speak to my colleagues and my skills and hard work are compensated greatly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Tons of work but not enough resource. I proposed to hire since January but the process was only started a few weeks ago so the resource condition became too critical since hiring is too late.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because my responsibility and my performance is more than the compensation I received. Many recruiters are offering more salary for the same position. It would be better if after a good performance review, my salary is adjusted accordingly. Also it's good for HR to also evaluate the current job mrkt

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I can easily get 10k more salary (plus better bonuses) for a similar job in a similar sized company. The company undervalued me at least by 10k every year. A lot of decisions by the leadership are made with the opposite of Agile mindset where it values self-organizing team and not micromanagent
