Pretty good positivity and inclusiveness across the group. The friendliness and respect among colleagues is very good and the willingness to help each other.

To work for a company that is still looking for better ways to conduct business, both from the customer perspective, and for the workforce.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The base salary is reasonably competitive. The potential management bonus if fully paid out makes total compensation competitive and in the region of market rate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Inflation has eroded pay substantially during 2022/23, with no change to salaries. Missing bonus targets in 2022, and likely 2023, will impact heavily if none or greatly reduced bonus payout results.
