Some people only take responsibility for their own piece of the work, not thinking about how all the parts fit together.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
team building; imprecation of what each person brings to a project rather than being treated as a number of hours in a schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not a single pay discussion in nearly 3 years. Not a pay raise for inflation in 3 years. Not a clear plan shared for a career path.
